Jacqueline M. Caputo

Jacqueline Caputo joined the firm in 2003. She practices primarily in the areas of litigation, matrimonial and family law, and criminal defense.

Mrs. Caputo's litigation experience includes trial practice in the local state courts and appellate practice at both the New York State Appellate Division and Court of Appeals. She also has experience at the U.S. District Court.

Her main goal in representing clients in family and matrimonial matters is to provide personalized attention and to support her clients through their most difficult times, with compassion, patience and understanding of the law.

Mrs. Caputo is a graduate of Cornell University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2000. In 2003, she earned a Masters Degree in Mass Communication from Boston University, as well as a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law, where she was an editor of The Journal of Science and Technology Law. Mrs. Caputo successfully completed the Northeast Regional Trial Skills Program through the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. She was admitted to the New York State Bar in January of 2004 and both the Eastern and Southern Districts of the United States District Court in 2008. She is a member of both the New York State and Nassau County Bar Associations.
