Amy M. Haber
Amy M. Haber joined the firm in 1997. Mrs. Haber's principle areas of expertise focus on all facets of real estate matters as well as Probate and Estate Administration.
Mrs. Haber's real estate practice represents a broad variety of clients engaged in all facets of commercial and residential real estate. Her client's include institutional lenders, commercial and residential Landlords and Tenants, as well as commercial and residential Purchasers and Sellers. Her representation includes, among other items, the review and negotiation of leases and other agreements relating to landlord/tenant relationships as well as the representation from contract negotiation through closing in residential and commercial purchases/sales.
Mrs. Haber also routinely represents clients in the drafting of their Last Will and Testament and related documents as well as representation in probate proceedings and ancillary estate administration and proceedings.
Mrs. Haber received her B.A. (cum laude) in 1991 from the State University of New York at Buffalo and her J.D. from New York Law School in 1994. She is admitted to practice law in the State Court of New York and the Eastern and Southern District Courts of New York and is a member of the New York State and Nassau County Bar Associations.
